Consent Before Upload

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your study.

Authorization: By continuing, you confirm that you are the patient or are authorized to act on the patient’s behalf for this submission.
Medical Interpretation: The uploaded study will be reviewed and interpreted by a qualified radiologist or reporting doctor assigned by Ruby Hall Clinic.
Data Retention: Your uploaded study and associated data will be stored for a maximum of 1 week (7 days) from the date of upload, after which it may be permanently deleted. Please download your report before this period expires.
Liability: Ruby Hall Clinic, Aramis Health Tech, and the reporting doctor are providing a medical reporting service based solely on the submitted imaging data. Liability for interpretation is limited to the scope of the submitted study.
